NEEDED DOCUMENTS

Download the necessary documents needed for customs clearance in S.MED.

In order to import goods, both domestic and foreign businesses are required to have a unique EORI number. To obtain an EORI number you need to log into PUESC, select the eForms tab, choose the eKlient tab, expand it and then move to à Business registration (Rejestracja podmiotu), create an account and fill in a form.

EORI NUMBER

In the case of importing goods, both domestic and foreign entities must have an EORI number.

To obtain an EORI number, log in to the PUESC platform, select the e-forms tab, then select the e-client tab which needs to be expanded and proceed to registration of the entity. There you must create an account and fill out the form.
